This hotel is nice. It does have a lot of mold, but the water in the shower was hot. It's right across from the train station, which was perfect for our stay. The Japanese restaurant was delicious.

Worst hotel to stay. Front desk receptionist Shaen made me wait for more than 30 min to give the room at midnight telling that he didn't get booking voucher, even though we had a clear confirmed booking. Had to contact customer care and sort it out. His behaviour was very rude. Rooms are overpriced for the size. Though we paid extra amount for breakfast during the booking, they didn't provide any information about the breakfast timings at checkin and when we went for breakfast, they said that the restaurant is closed and we cannot have the food. No one in the hotel cares for the plight of the customers. I would like to give a MINUS 10 rating for the service. Worst experience till now.

The rooms are not as shown in the reference photos. The rooms are not maintained and the smoke (cigarette) smell is all over the floor & in elevators. I had to stay because of non-refundable condition. Surely not recommended for “family”. Food is pricey. The only pros is the hotel located just next to Egmore railway station.

i stayed at the hotel and they have not kept the towels (bath towels, hand towels, mat etc) at all in the room. when i have asked them, they have shared. also the water outlets in wash basin and also in shower area are blocked and water was not flowing and i had to complain for it.

dirty linen, old furnishing, have two lifts but operate only one hence waiting time is 15- 20min for any vertical movement. restaurant is not managed well, lot of guests were standing and having breakfast in groups this making it inconvenient for others. egg is cooked at the entrance of the Hall and everyone has to pass through the smell. very insensitive for vegetarians. will not visit again to such a place

It was a worst experience staying with this they don’t have anything according to the photos shown in the website it looks worst and not clean and the food they charge like taj hotels but the quantity they provide is like very less and you have to order same thing like for 4 to 5 times then only they deliver you food or whatever you order.
